sugar hill culture club’s exhibition and installation in collaboration with no longer empty and broadway housing communities explores the interaction between new york city’s natural habitat and inhabitants. works and installations by shicnyc consider the convergence of natural and urban influences as well as the people whose presence defines the City. the space features digital mixed media pieces by imani razat that merge natural and urban representations, and street photography by felicia gordon that spotlights one of new york’s most iconic inhabitants, avant-garde fashion designer, wendell headley. the works are contextualized by a glamorous park installation with spaces for public participation. contact us for more information.
